Morbid Orchid CO has proudly partnered with The 2021 Dark Art and Oddities Con to offer pinning workshops! The goal for these workshops is to have fun, learn the basics of insect pinning, make really cool art, and raise awareness for the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats.

For this workshop, we will be learning the basics of butterfly pinning with the beautiful Jezebel Butterfly (Delias belisama). Your butterfly specimen and all the tools you will need will be included.
 
The specimens we will be pinning are responsibly sourced from reputable and cruelty free butterfly conservatories and breeders.

For this workshop, we will be learning the basics of arachnid pinning with the Golden Silk Orb-Weaver (Nephila sp). Your spider specimen and all necessary tools will be included.
